Hiring the services of a Wedding Planner means entrusting them with your dreams, visions, precious time and heartfelt emotions. Lisa also recognizes the significance of working within a budget as more and more couples undertake the financial responsibility for their wedding.
To simplify the decision making process, we have taken the time to create some sample Wedding Planning and Coordination Packages for your Special Day. However, FIRST CLASS WEDDINGS & EVENTS are more than happy to tailor a package to suit your individual Wedding Day requirements and budget.
Some samples of Wedding Day Packages:
Consultation
Consultation Only - Minimum 2 Hour Consultation. All fees are to be paid at the conclusion of the consultation.
Ceremony/Reception Setup
This package includes an initial 1 Hour Consultation to discuss the setup you envisage for your Wedding Day. FIRST CLASS WEDDINGS & EVENTS will then setup the Wedding Ceremony and Reception areas on the day including bonbonniere, placecards, bridal table, etc as discussed in the initial consultation. Let your friends and family members enjoy the day with you, instead of sending them out on errands on your Wedding Day (6 Hour Package).
Ceremony Attendance Only
This package includes an initial 1 Hour Consultation, Site Inspection of the Ceremony Location, coordination of the Wedding Ceremony (4 Hour Package).
Reception Attendance Only
This package includes an initial 1 Hour Consultation, Site Inspection of the Reception Location, personalised wedding night Itinerary and coordination of the Wedding Reception. A meal is to be provided for the onsite Wedding Coordinator (5 Hour Package).
Rsvp Tracking
This package includes receiving and tracking of all rsvps for your wedding. A weekly update email will be sent to you, contact will be made with the remaining guests one month prior to the wedding and a final confirmed guest list will be supplied.
Dior Princesse - Wedding Mentor & Getting Started
Many Bridal Couples leap into planning without realising how much work is actually involved and sometimes have no idea where to start. We will provide you with the tools to coordinate the wedding you envisage in this one on one 3 Hour planning session. Ask as many question as you like. This package can also be used at any time during the Wedding Planning process to assist you.

- 3 Hour Consultation
- Prioritising the basics, where to start.
- Develop realistic budgets, timelines and checklists.
- Provide valuable advice and tips to planning a successful Wedding.
Prada Princesse- Wedding Day Coordination Only
For a stress free day which is executed flawlessly, allow our professional services to handle any potential wedding day dilemmas, allowing you peace of mind.

Chanel Princesse- Finer Detail Wedding Planning Only
Some Bridal Couples are comfortable doing most of the preliminary planning on their own. This package offers you the perfect opportunity 3 months out from the wedding to have a professional handle all the finer details

- 2 Hour Initial Consultation to assist me in understanding your vision for the Wedding Day and to discuss the services that you have booked.
- Unlimited Emails
- Etiquette Advice
- Contract confirmations and finalisation of details and times (8 Hours Administration)
- Comprehensive Wedding Day Itinerary
- Final meeting approximately 2 weeks prior to the Wedding to discuss checklists, itinerary and on day logistics.
Antoinette Dauphine - A fully pre-planned package.
For no stress and no fuss I am more than happy
to tailor a fully Coordinated Package utilising the services of the reputable
suppliers who work in conjunction with our business. By already having established connections in
the industry, means that we can pass on great savings to our Bridal Couples. Please find below a sample Wedding Coordinated
